Cancellation Policy for Regular (pre-paid) Sessions

For Cancellations made between:

12 and 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 25% of the prepaid cost of the session.
The remainder can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if desired.

6 and 12 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the prepaid cost of the session.
The remainder can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if desired.

2 and 6 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 75% of the prepaid cost of the session.
The remainder can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if desired.

No refund will be given for cancellations made within 2 hours of your scheduled session.
This includes no-shows.

*NOTE: If you CHRONICALLY cancel sessions, I may deduct your full payment if you cancel a session
anytime within 24 hours, following prior written notice to you of this potential penalty.

Cancellation Policy for FREE Bonus Sessions:
Any free sessions I offer are for those who are truly interested in my healing work,
and are given at my own financial cost.  Therefore, if FREE bonus sessions are missed or cancelledless than 24 hours before your scheduled time (with the exception of my free introductory session) please understand that there will be a cost to reschedule, as follows.

For Cancellations of FREE sessions made between:

12 and 24 hours before your session, please send $12 to reschedule

6 and 12 hours before your session, please send $23 to reschedule

2 and 6 hours before your session, please send $35 to reschedule

Within 2 hours of your session,  or no-shows, please send the full $45 to reschedule.

anytime within 24 hours, following prior written notice to you of this potential penalty.
